Thanks for another successful Holiday Helpers luncheon
The 14th annual Seniors Holiday Helpers luncheon was great. We would like to thank our entertainment, Colleen and Mini Singers, Grand Chorale and Kenya Marte (a very talented 14 year old).A special thank you to the businesses and people who supported this luncheon to make it all possible: The Long Branch, Mountain Parks Electric, Pearl Dragon I and II, Ians Bakery, Middle Park Meat, Shamrock, Remingtons Restaurant, Granby Dairy, Mad Munchies, Fat Cat, YMCA of the Rockies, Stitchin Post, Sky-Hi Daily News, Gambles, R&J Liquor, GCCA for transportation, Conroy Excavating, Pizza Hut, Alco, Subway, Safeway, Alan Carter, Grand Elk, Ace Hardware, Jo Jansen, C Lazy U, Middle Park Glass, Mike and Holly Blasi, Bears Den, Drowsy Water Ranch, Cabin Quilts and Stitches, Penny Hamilton, Mine Design, Allen for taking pictures, Lady Bug, Friday Night Mixers, Louie Ladies Bowling Leagues, Mountain Parkes Employee Relations Committee and Santa. And thank you for several anonymous donations we received.Special thank you to the town hall for having the Holiday Helpers luncheon there. Thank you to all our special elves that pitched in to make this happen again this year. Also, thank you to anybody else we may have overlooked. With all our special donations, we were able to give all seniors a gift, plus we had some food boxes and gift cards for extra gifts.
