The life of bees is no secret at the Fraser Farmer’s Market on Sunday

Come out to the Fraser Farmers’ Market on Sunday, July 19, to meet the Winter Park Honey Beekeeper and her bees. Enjoy a free honey tasting and see live bees at work.

Winter Park Honey, a family owned business in Winter Park, Fla., and Winter Park, has brought bees 2,200 miles from Florida to create what is perhaps the highest altitude honey in the nation.

The bees reside at Morales Farms. They have a great view of Byers Peak and are surrounded by what they love most – water and wildflowers.! After their long journey, the bees have reached nirvana and they’ve started making honey.

The honey from Winter Park Honey Apiaries is organically produced, raw and unfiltered. At Winter Park Honey every bottle of honey is like a fine wine. No two harvests are the same. The bees are never fed sugar water and no antibiotics or pesticides are used.

The honey from Morales Farms will be available for purchase Sunday. The Fraser Farmer’s Market will also be offering Green Kale, Red Kale, Tuscan Kale, Snap Peas, Snow Peas, English Peas, White and Orange Cauliflower, Broccoli, RED, Green and Romaine Lettuce, Red, Gold and Chiogga Beets, Bunch Spinach, Zucchini Squash, Shitake and Oyster Mushrooms, Red, Green and Rainbow Chard and Pastured Farm Eggs.

Find the market in Fraser between Timberline Thai and Ryan Real Estate.
