Unsolicited mail a burden to box holder

To the Editor:

Yesterday I picked up my mail from the Tabernash Post Office and found a book. My P.O. Box is not much bigger than my arm and just barely fit this 377 page soft-cover book of unsolicited extremist religious crap, with my actual mail stuffed in and around it. I am required to have a mailing address and therefore responsible for doing something with whatever material appears in there. My identity as “box holder” burdens me Monday through Saturday with proper disposal of random advertisement. Most of this stuff I can recycle. Unfortunately my preference to flush this book is not an option. Where does the USPS draw the line on what can be mass mailed?
