Volunteers asked to return gear loaned for snowboarder search

Many people apparently are still missing gear that was loaned to assist the search and rescue effort for Jeff Miller, according to an email received by the Sky-Hi News.

Here is a list of the gear Kara and Greg Perry are personally missing:

• Kara Perry’s full backcountry setup: REI black diamond backpack (brand new for Christmas), dark gray with red zipper – her name and number inside; BCA tracker beacon with the initials KS on front; all metal silver-colored snow shovel with T-handle with black foam grip. It may have Kara Perry written on it. It’s a European brand; Black Diamond super tour probe in an orange bag with Kara on it.

• Greg Perry: BCA Blue metal shovel with silver T-handle. No name on it. Greg also got a plastic gray Life Link shovel that is not his.

Thanks for the help,

Kara and Greg Perry
