The General Election will take place on November 8.

How do I return my ballot?

Mail it back, drop it off at a county-controlled drop box, or deliver it to a Voter Service and Polling Center (VSPC).


The Official Return Envelope may only contain your ballot. If you include another voter’s ballot in the same envelope, none of the ballots will count. The ballot stub should be returned with the ballot. A stub that falls off a ballot does not mean the ballot will be invalidated. Insert the detached stub in your secrecy sleeve with your ballot. You must sign the Self‐Affirmation for your ballot to count.

Important Information

The County Clerk’s Office must receive your ballot by 7 p.m. on Election Day. Postmarks do not count. The US Postal Service (USPS) needs time to process and deliver your ballot. It is recommended to personally deliver your ballot to any of the locations listed below. It is a violation of law to receive more than ten ballots for mailing or delivery in any election. Tuesday, November 8: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Replacement ballots

Call 970-725-3065 or visit the VSPC. The last day for the County Clerk’s Office to mail you a replacement ballot is October 31.
