Wells Fargo awards grants to nine Grand County groups
Winter Park, CO Colorado
WINTER PARK – Grand County recipients of grants from the annual Wells Fargo Community Assistance Fund were announced Thursday by Aneta Williams, Wells Fargo’s store manager for Winter Park.
The nine nonprofit organizations received awards totaling $4,500.
“The many small, local, grassroots organizations play such an important role in keeping our community a strong, vibrant place to live, play, work and do business,” Williams said. “Oftentimes, these organizations don’t have the resources for fundraising initiatives. We want to show them we appreciate their efforts on behalf of all of us and we’re proud to be able to make this special contribution as one part of our overall community investment efforts.”
The following local organizations received a Wells Fargo Community Assistance Fund grant:
• Grand County Advocates
• Fraser Valley Elementary PAC
