Winter Park Resort extends summer season through Sept. 21

Fans of Winter Park Resort’s Alpine Slide and Trestle Bike Park won’t have to say goodbye to their favorite summer activities for another month, thanks to the resort’s decision to remain open on weekends through Sept. 21.

Winter Park Resort’s extended summer session takes place over three weekends; Sept. 6-7; Sept. 13-14, and Sept. 20-21, and will include the resorts biggest draws like access to Colorado’s longest Alpine Slide as well as Trestle Bike Park’s 28 miles of downhill mountain biking terrain. Village shops and dining outlets will remain open as well.

Women riders and junior riders can take advantage of great fall weather and trail conditions with the Gravity Goddesses Downhill Camp Sept. 6-7 and a Junior Downhill Gravity Camp Sept. 13-14.

The Gravity Goddesses Downhill Camp is $495 per person and includes a two-day Kona bike rental and protective armor; two days of lunch and dinner; a wine and cheese party; and more. The Junior Downhill Gravity Camp is $310 per person, and includes a two-day lift pass, coaching, lunches and an ice-cream party.
