WP Police searching for missing man with history of mental illness

The Fraser/Winter Park Police Department is looking for a 35-year-old male who was last spotted on Wednesday, March 31, in the Tabernash County Road 83 area during the morning hours, then in the afternoon at County Road 80 (Water Board Road) in Winter Park.

Ian Terry Moran, who suffers from confusion and mental illness, has been missing since the late afternoon of March 28 in Fraser and is suspected to still be in eastern Grand County.

He is described as being white, 6-feet tall, 220-230-pounds with brown shaved hair, possibly a full beard and bluish gray eyes. Moran has a full “sleeve” of tattoos on both arms, extending to the back of the hands.
