Colorado Mountain College Connections in Grand County

The Colorado Mountain College offers the following courses in Grand County:

General Educational Diploma (GED) classes continue at the Granby Public Library, Monday evenings, from 5-8 p.m. This class offers free help in preparing to take the GED exam. GED testing continues every last Friday of the month at West Grand High School in Kremmling. You must pre-register online at GED123.org and call 970-531-1078.

English as a Second Language (ESL) classes are also continuing. This class is now located in the Granby Jones development at 925 D Street. The class meets every Thursday beginning at 5:30 p.m. and ending at 8:30 p.m. All levels are welcome, and child care is available. CMC also offer numerous resources during our class such as health help, free books and often donated food.

College Credit courses in Early Childhood Education will be offered in Granby during the Fall semester beginning Aug. 30. Call the Steamboat Campus for admission and registration information at 970-870-4444.

Colorado Workforce Center and Colorado Mountain College have partnered to offer computer skills training at Middle Park High School. Contact the Workforce Center to register and to find out if you qualify for tuition assistance at 970-887-1857.
