Most of Grand County’s residents are always on the move. Whether you are driving to and from work, or going to Denver, the Grand County Library has numerous audio books on CD to help make the trip more enjoyable.

Adult Fiction Audio Books

“Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” by Douglas Adams – Britain’s best-known science fiction/humor writer will have you laughing out loud.

“Robinson Crusoe” by Daniel Defoe – Think you remember the story? Listen and find out.

“Liberty: A Lake Wobegone Novel” by Garrison Keillor – A must for all Prairie Home Companion Lovers.

“Holmes on the Range” by Steve Hockensmith – If Larry McMurtry had written Sherlock Homes stories . . .

“Fine Just the Way It Is” by Anne Proulx – Both enchanting and haunting stories of the modern American West.
