Centennial man dies after ski accident
KEYSTONE, Colo. (AP) – The Summit County coroner says a 38-year-old skier has died after an accident at Keystone.
Coroner Joanne Richardson says Sean Bender of Centennial was skiing on a blue run called Prospector at about 11 a.m. Sunday when he hit a tree. He was taken to Keystone Medical Center and pronounced dead. The cause of death was blunt force to the chest.
Bender was wearing a helmet.
