Colorado ski resorts announce opening days for 2025-26 season

Start your countdown, winter is coming!
These are the projected opening days of resorts around Colorado, all of which are subject to change.
Some ski areas famously do not announce an opening day ahead of time, but intend to open as soon as possible. Already, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland Ski Area, Keystone Resort say they will open as soon as conditions allow. While Winter Park aims for Nov. 8, its website said the resort plans to open as soon as possible.
Wolf Creek has no announcement yet, but the resort will update its website when it plans to open. Last year, Wolf Creek was the first to open on Oct. 22.
Nov. 7: Breckenridge Ski Resort, Copper Mountain Resort
Nov. 8: Winter Park
Nov. 14: Vail, Eldora
Nov. 22: Steamboat Resort
Nov. 26: Beaver Creek, Crested Butte
