PHOTO: Planets align over the Continental Divide at dawn

Six planets aligned during the early morning on Aug. 12. The two bright objects in the center of the sky are Jupiter and Venus. The constellation Orion can be seen to the right. Mercury, Saturn, Neptune and Uranus were also visible at the time, amidst a shower of streaking meteors. The Perseids meteor shower peaks tonight.
