Teens invited on Water World summer field trip

The Granby Recreation Department offers two upcoming events this August.

Tuesday Teen Trips

Granby Recreation is connecting with teens through a wet and wild summer field trip. The upcoming trip to Water World in Federal Heights will happen on Tuesday, Aug. 5. The group will meet at the Granby Elementary School at 8 a.m. and will return by 6 p.m.

This program is offered to all kids entering sixth grade and up. Everyone needs to bring a lunch, drinks, snacks and spending money. Pre-registration is required and the cost is $50.



Watercolor Art with “Create with Kathi” in Granby

Join Granby Recreation and Kathi Manville for a fun watercolor class for adults. The next adult class will be held on Aug. 21 from 6-8:30 p.m. The class will make a Cowboy Boots Bouquet, and the fee is $40. All classes are held at the Granby Community Building; all materials and supplies are furnished.
