The second season of the Amtrak Winter Park Express departed from Denver Union Station on Friday morning, arriving at Winter Park Resort and delivering 300 skiers and riders directly to the slopes.
The train will continue to run every Saturday and Sunday through March 25 with two additional Friday trips on Feb. 2 and March 2.
