Wicked Cheesy at Vicious Cycle Brewing offers comfort food
Craving a warm grilled cheese after a cold day in Fraser? Vicious Cycle Brewing now has a food truck for the apres-ski crowd or a quick dinner.
Wicked Cheesy opened Dec. 18 next to the brewery, 751 S. Zerex St. The truck is open from noon to 8 p.m. daily.
Its menu lists a variety of grilled cheeses, including plain Jane, ham and Swiss, turkey, Texas, and cheese and fig, priced at $9-$14. The truck also offers classic mac and cheese, loaded mac, loaded fries and Bavarian pretzels priced at $6-$12. Soups include tomato bisque and broccoli cheese for $6.50.
Patrons can bring their comfort food inside the bar to grab a drink. Owners Rebecca Bierden and Nathan Watt opened the brewery in 2022 after traveling the world, saying their travels allowed them to break the “vicious cycle of life” and experience adventure — hence their brewery’s name.
