Winter Park athlete bows out of Olympic snowboard cross mixed team event in round two

A snowboarder based in Golden who trains with Winter Park Competition Center was knocked out of the quarterfinals of the mixed team snowboard cross event at the 2026 Olympic Games. Stacy Gaskill and Nathan Pare did not finish their run.
The competition was won by a team from Great Britain. Italy earned gold and France the bronze.
Gaskill previously finished 14th in the individual women’s snowboard cross event on Feb. 13.
