To the residents of Grand County,

As many of you have heard, the owners of the majority of Grand County’s self-storage facilities, collectively managed by Mountain Storage Management, have sold our properties to Uplift Storage. This has been a bittersweet time for us, and we wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to this community.

Our storage journey in Grand County began in 1998 when we purchased Miller Storage from Dwight and Jean Miller. Over the following 28 years, we continued to expand our self storage locations to serve the needs of the community. As long term residents of Grand County, it was always important to us to provide a good product at a fair price and treat our customers and employees like family. We are proud to say that many of our employees and customers stayed with us for many years, and to all of them, we couldn’t be more grateful.

We recognize that the transition to new ownership has not been as smooth as any of us would have hoped, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and uncertainty that caused. Uplift Storage is a professional group, and we are confident they will earn your trust as they settle in.

To our customers, our employees, and our neighbors — thank you. Serving Grand County has been one of the greatest privileges of our lives.
