Steven Josephson

Steven Josephson is the former interim editor of the Sky-Hi News and assistant editor for the Summit Daily News. Steven joined the Summit Daily in September 2019 from Gatehouse Media where he served as a page designer for newspapers across the country. Prior to that, he worked as a copy editor and page designer for a group of newspapers in the Detroit metro area — which included The Oakland Press and Macomb Daily — where he was primarily responsible for designing special sections and supplementing local in-depth reporting with graphics and illustrations. In 2019, he won a first place award from the Detroit chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists for his illustration showing how potholes form.

Steven left the company in 2024 but still works as a freelancer.
