Hungry after a day of slopes, or looking for dinner in Winter Park? Buddha Garden recently opened in Cooper Creek, offering Asian food, including many Thai dishes. They offer staples like beef broccoli, sweet and sour chicken and fried rice. The restaurant’s Thai offerings include drunken noodles, pad see ew, pad Thai and prik pao noodles.

Buddha Garden and neighboring restaurant Durbar Nepalese & Indian Bistro also have the same owners. Curry is a popular dish in both Indian and Thai cultures. At Buddha Garden, patrons can choose between five curry flavors: Massaman (a fusion of Indian and Thai flavors), Panang, red, yellow and green.

Buddha Garden serves many varieties of stir-fried rice. This basil fried rice is made with fresh ingredients, including yellow onion, green beans, bell pepper, basil, garlic and egg in homemade sauce, with a choice of chicken, shrimp or pork.
