C Lazy U Ranch in Granby announces new food and beverage director
Robin Stotter has worked as global brands director at P.F. Chang's China Bistro and has collaborated with famous chef Wolfgang Puck

C Lazy U Ranch in Granby has welcomed Robin Stotter as its food and beverage director. In this role, Stotter oversees the ranch’s culinary operations, guiding the team in crafting a fine dining experience with regionally sourced dishes.
Stotter brings 30 years of culinary experience spanning national and international markets, according to a news release from the guest ranch.
“Robin brings a distinct blend of strategic hospitality expertise and unique culinary creativity that will not only advance our award-winning service but also reimagine our guests’ entire dining experience,” General Manager Jeremy Belnap stated in the release.
Before taking on the role in Grand County, Stotter worked as regional chef for Legends Hospitality, where he managed food and beverage operations at stadiums, food halls and restaurants. Before that, he served as global brands director at P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, helping to launch the company’s packaged food retail line. He also collaborated with Wolfgang Puck, according to the release.
“My goal is to create unforgettable culinary experiences that immerse guests in the rich flavors of Colorado, like our live-fire cookouts,” Stotter stated in the release.
Stotter joined C Lazy U over the winter season.
