Sound of Grand County seeks local talent for 2026 showcase

Grand County community radio is looking for fresh talent to take the stage at the Sound of Grand County 2026 showcase. If you’re a local musician ready to share your artistry with the community, this is your moment.

While this is not a paid performance, but it comes with plenty of publicity across Grand County, online, and beyond. All performances will take place live at KFFR 88.3 FM studios in Fraser. Artists will be broadcast across the county and recorded.

KFFR is encouraging artists who haven’t played at Sound of Grand County before to apply. Original music will be prioritized, but the station will allow one cover out of every five songs. This opportunity available solo artists and group projects.



“This is your chance to showcase your sound on Grand County Radio and connect with a community that loves live, local music,” stated KFFR.

The application deadline is Dec. 15. Apply at KFFR.org/SOGC. Spots usually fill quickly.
