Development team announces construction of new $500K townhomes at Granby Ranch base camp

Greg Finch, the key member of the development team of Base Camp One in Granby Ranch, and Bryan Johnson, owner of ContractOne, have begun construction on a new townhome project adjacent to the Base Camp One building. Upon completion, the Townhomes at Base Camp will include 16 townhomes in a series of eight duplex buildings on private lots located on either side of Base Camp Circle.

With a mountain contemporary design, the two- and three-bedroom townhomes feature two stories with an attached one-car garage. They are designed for active families seeking the authentic, year-round mountain experience offered at Granby Ranch.
