Ikon Pass holders need to upload photos now

Staff report

Local ski resort officials are reminding skiers and riders to submit their glamour shots soon if they want to get their ski passes in time for Opening Day, which is scheduled for Nov. 14 this year at Winter Park Reosrt.

“The Ikon Pass is a new pass, so everybody who purchased an Ikon Pass needs to upload a new photo,” Steamboat Springs Resort spokeswoman Loryn Kasten said.

Steamboat Springs and Winter Park Resort are just two of dozens of resorts included on the Ikon Pass.

Ikon Passes are not going to be distributed from Winter Park Resort. Instead, the passes are being mailed out.

People can upload their photo at Steamboat.com/plan-your-trip/tickets-and-passes/ikon-photo-upload.

There is no deadline for photos to be uploaded, but it takes time to process and mail out the passes, Kasten said.
